Social Lift is offering a unique opportunity for CEOs, CTOs, and CMOs to mentor startups and other companies to accelerate their sales growth. This program includes smaller, interactive mentoring sessions designed for participants to gain valuable insights and for mentors to share their expertise.

More Details

Program Details:

  • Subscription Fee: Participants pay $249 per month to attend mentoring sessions.

  • Mentor Earnings:

    • Mentors receive 40% of the ticket sale if a participant joins their session as the initial session that made them pay for the month.

    • 10% of the total monthly subscription revenue is distributed among all mentors based on the number of attendees they had at their sessions.

    • Social Lift retains 50% for operations, marketing, and sales.

Earnings Distribution:

  • Direct Earnings: If a mentor has ten new participants in their session, they receive 40% of $249 * 10 = $996.

  • 10% Distribution:

    • If the total subscription revenue for the month is $249 * 100 participants = $24,900, then 10% ($2,490) is distributed among mentors based on their share of total attendees.

    • For example, if a mentor attracts 25% of the total attendees, they receive 25% of $2,490 = $622.50.

Participation Requirements:

  • Mentors must hold at least one session every three months to remain eligible for the 10% distribution pool.

  • Only live sessions count towards the 10% distribution, not replayed webinars.

Session Structure:

  • Each mentoring session is designed to be small and interactive.

  • Mentors introduce themselves for 10 minutes, followed by participant introductions and a Q&A session.

Example Scenario:

  • Direct Earnings: If a mentor holds one session with ten new participants, they receive 40% of $249 * 10 = $996.

  • 10% Distribution: If the total monthly revenue is from 100 participants and the mentor's session attracts 25% of all attendees, they receive an additional $622.50.

Total Monthly Earnings Calculation:

  • Direct Earnings: $996 (from 10 new participants)

  • 10% Distribution: $622.50 (assuming 25% share of attendees)

  • Total Monthly Earnings: $996 + $622.50 = $1,618.50

Potential Earnings:

  • If a mentor holds three sessions in one month with a network of 1,000 participants:

    • Direct Earnings: 3 sessions * $996 = $2,988

    • 10% Distribution: Assuming 25% share of attendees from 1,000 participants, the distribution is $6,225.

    • Total Monthly Earnings: $2,988 + $6,225 = $9,213
